BE masks *usually* use Elite lenses. All the ones I've seen do anyway.

Anybody know if its ok to seal new thermal (2 layer) lenses? I just ordered two new ones for JT Proflex. The origional one got paint and water trapped between the layers so I figured when the new ones come in I could caulk/seal them to prevent this.

They are "sealed" with a sponge gasket. Do they need to breathe or let hot air out or ?????

Wondering if anybodys tried this.
