Seeing Less than Jake and Joystick in a few weeks, pretty pumped even though I haven't really listened to LtJ in forever. Joystick is pretty sick local stuff.
I like how streetlight posted that you should be as creative as possible in acquiring this album. reading between the lines, they are flat out saying illegally download it haha.
Am I the only one who thinks The Three of Us is the only song that really sounds like Streetlight? The others just sound like Thomas' acoustic nonsense with some instrumentals in the background. I actually had to check to make sure I downloaded the non Toh Kay version. Maybe Toe to Toe isn't half bad, but none of the others really evoked the same emotional response that Everything Went Numb and Somewhere in the Between did.
Can anyone honestly tell me that The Receiving end of it All (IMO one of their best) didn't make you sad and think about a breakup that broke your heart or that Point / Counterpoint doesn't always come with a stoic feeling about life and death?
