since we are running a modified PSP rulebook, im assuming that now we have to have our jerseys completely under our packs?

I'm pretty sure that's only on the pro field. Never had to tuck my jersey in on any divisional field.

Yea I saw that too but had a few different people answer me different so that's why I asked.

No,i doesnt say they dont need them, they dont need the yearly membership fee of $40. Its $10 per event unless they want to purcahse the full ID Card for the season which is $50 but that is good for the whole year.
