I've been reading a bunch lately (flights to/from PAX EAST, being sick, general insomnia) and it's ALL over genre wise.
I just finished up a book called Cyberstorm. Fictional book following a small group of people in New York after a series of cyber attacks send data traffic to a halt, and therefore messing up so many things that rely on some type of transmission. It sounds cheesy, but if you read it it they handle it graceful. I just suck at synopsis'.
It's a collection of professors, physicists, mathematicians, and a bunch of other really intelligent people's essay response to the question; What single tool, if added to every persons cognitive tool kit, would be the most beneficial?

Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. Pretty good so far! I typed in books that would change your life into google (or change your perception) and this was one of them. I just finished The Fault in Our Stars which was on the list too.
