5 man my team carries 5 pods front, 7 mid, and 9-14 back. We are heavy shooters in the 5 man. We all use the extreme rage bullet paques they are really nice.

Pedning on what hopper u got, say an evo 2, u will 2-3 for front in 7 man mid 3-4 back 5-8
But if u have a quantum or any small loader for front u need 3-4 mid 4-5 and back 6-9 , that is in 7 man

Jim you must be kidding me. 1 case in 5 mins??!! Thats 6 balls per second, without taking cover for 5 mins. WoW!!! Are you joking or are you really serious? I carry just 4 pods and I already feel some weight on my back. I can't imagine what 20 pods would feel like...i probably would be crawling to the first bunker with all that weight on my back. What kind of marker do you shoot? How big is your tank? Thanks!!!

Playin up front in 5man i use a Redz 3.2, but only carry 3 pods. However, i have come damn near to running out on some larger fields like the Evil field at chi-town PSP.

So, 3pods and a full hopper of 190

Jim,

I've seen horizonal carry M-packs with insanely high pod counts.
And I believe Topstitch will make them to order...
http://www.topstitch.net/

I've just started using one of the Nartech packs, the smaller one, but I believe they make a higher capacity pack that might be the way to go.

well lets see. a redz 5.4 is 9 pods right, ok here is where the fun starts. cut the elastic loops in half. thats 13 pods. then slip 4 into the elastic that you use to snug the pack tight to your body. then 2 in each pocket and 3 in each cargo pants pocket for a total of 23 pods. TAAA DAAAA. and you can take the JT pack velcro thingies and stick more to the front of your redz belt.

PS- Don't run, Waddle to your bunker.

Jim, get a JT pack and buy some sleeves for it. Definately be enough pods. I've personally seen pictures of it holding 20 pods, and it looked like it had room for more. And heck, even if you run out of room, you can always buy some strips on velcro and add some more support to it for more sleeves... almost the entire pack is made from velcro.

.... what about the nartech harness? whenever u take a pod out it self collapeses itself... so gets lighter and doesnt stick out so u can get shot easier... if these go for 45-50 dollars sometime ill get one just wont pay 60 for them at the moment... looking at the WGP tactical harness's they come out in 2 weeks, and the belt is 8 dollars extra for them, 2+1,3+4, 4+5, 5+6 2+1 also can come with leg straps for the same price

I've just started using a Nartech pack. I really like it, although I had to change over to fatboy pods because my old pods opened too easily.
