Yeah, I call it the what should of been car, because it was just too perfect. And I really like the 57 ranchero too, I think in general they look much better then el caminos. And I saw what looked like a super charger on the motor so I was like I bet that thing is pushing some major pony's!

they're nice in the fact that they're 22's and look better then stock imo, the only reason I have them is cause they were on the truck when I got it, otherwise I'd have something different.

Good **** Andy looks dope . I can get a set of lowering springs for 100$ that will drop my car 2 inches I'm thinking about getting them till I buy coilovers or airbags

No you are thinking of street rods when you say tons of chrome and billet.. The term for rat rod has become to generalized. Just because something is primed and doesn't have shiny paint does not mean it's a rat rod. You do realize that the majority of the hot rods built today are built with really low budgets? I'm talking under 10k.

And no, i'm not going to respect a car that has fake patina and is built with anything but safety in mind.

Thanks man, I paid 10 for it from a buddy of mine in a bind. 70k, second owner, full stage 3 (470wtq), all work done by European Performance Labs in Stratford, CT. very reputable...not much left to do. Cam seals, head gaskets, timing belt, water pump, and rs4 mounts all around were done the day before i bought it. As far as my plans go though, for now, just building the tranny with the money i have left over from my subie (made 5grand on btw, ballin!), and then just wheels. but dooo it! Im jelly of your ccw's btdubz.

You understand bags are around $3,500 versus coils at around $1,200..

what do you drive that you're considering to put bags in?
