I spent all my money before I left Stan so when I got home everything would be there. Then this last time I saved half and paid all my bills with the other half.

It doesn't help that every year for 4th of July I max my credit card out. But its soooooooo worth it

I'm hoping to pay off the family SUV next year, it'll be my last vehicle payment! If I pull that off and make E-6 it'll be about a cool $1k per month extra in the bank lol

same here, with the new AFSC change i'm bombers 4lyfe lol. And MPF (no surprises here) screwed the pooch on my AFSC and has me in the system as a spec ops c-130 avionics 7-level. They were supposed to fix it back at the end of August. Still not fixed, and they still had the wrong AFSC when I went to the core today to sign for my WAPS test date

That documentary was fabulous. So cool that other places are picking it up. You deserve all the recognition you get.

so we had a commanders call today and we covered the stats in the unit climate assessment and about 50% of the people answered that working in my squadron makes gives them a negative outlook toward a career in the AF. we had almost half the unit participate too so it's a decent sample size.
