Micro Switch Issue

I am the owner of a 2011 Bob Long G6R with a standard Tadao Odoshi board. I have owned the gun for about a year and recently decided to adjust the trigger on the gun.

I adjusted the trigger too tightly once (the trigger wouldn’t move at all), and then returned the trigger to its original, unadjusted state where the trigger freely moves. Now the micro switch will not “click” when I pull and release the trigger. I tried to shoot the gun (board turned on, filled air tank), but it will not shoot now. The gun also refuses to turn off without me removing the battery.

Any help that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure you don't have the trigger adjustment to far out were it can't activate the switch.

If it isn't the trigger adjustments, it may be that the internals of the switch have slipped and rendered it unusable.

Or if you removed the board at all make sure you remounted it correctly. A tiny bit too far back and the trigger wont make contact

Because of both the problems you stated. I sounds like the the board is misaligned. The microswitch will not actuate with the trigger movement? See if you can click the microswitch you may need to remove the trigger. The other interesting thing is the push button in the rear of the gun doesn't seem to be aligned with one of the board ie it won't try off. To test the board on/ off switch remove the board. Put it on flat surface hold the battery in place on the prongs and test the on/ off. This is what I would do facing the same problems.
