Tippmann makes solid markers, the alpha black is a 98 custom in m4 shells, it's one of the most reliable designs that requires only basic maintenance.

depends whether or not you want magfed or hopper fed.

If you want magfed you'd need to get a kit for the alpha black to convert it. That said I suggest picking up a milsig m17, have one and love it, has required nothing from me but to pull the trigger.

I can't wait for my XDC to come in. All you talking about your M17 CQC just makes me wish I can join in the fields this summer with something other than my X7.

personally i have the CQC and i would recommend that.
you can use the money you save for all the fun attachments for your CQC, if youre into that sort of thing as many people, including myself, are.

you also have the TCR
or something from rap4, tiberius
etc etc
