GEn globals are what i use.
dont buy expensive pods.
they get stolen.
even when you think no one would steal them... it happens.
and cover em with stickers and your name.

GXG AND CP
I personally think Dye Locklids are the best, but I never use them because I'm scared I'll lose them on the field. So I use GXG...
I bought 200GXG pods for $200shipped. My team uses most of them, but I sell them too at my field

Rap4 Pods
I hate MOST of Rap4's stuff, but these blow away the GXG, VL, and Dye Locklids. I love the rubber-coated top, it doesn't get caught easily on the pod pack stuff, and it is really hard plastic. I would say pick some up.

^^ they're called AJP EDGE pods. They are the... THE best pods, ever. Can be opened from any angle, and are durable. Also, if you have a bit of extra cash you can custom order them with team graphics and/or colors.

yes strong, and kind of expensive
no they do not open when you dont want them to.
i've fallen right on my pods a few times and no opening, dropped pods, done a ton to them and they never open unless you pry the lid or slide the button
and idk what you mean about newb pod..

Do we really need to start this discussion again?
Fatboys, CP, NXe, GXG (at least the new ones) are all basically the same damn thing and you cant really go wrong with any of them. The materials are the same, the hinges are the same, the only difference is that some have a thumb tab whereas others have a thumb indent.
And when you can get pods for $1 each who cares if you loose em, break em, give em away ... its a freaking buck. As long as the lid stays closed when it needs to, thats all you should need

I have these really cool pods that hold paint and they have a lid that holds paint in the pod even if it's upside down. When I want to put paint in my hopper, I just open the lid and dump the paint into my loader. I am then able to drop the pod and keep playing. Revolutionary...
