Paypal question

Hi, I am hopefully at the end of a dispute with a member over the condition of a couple t8's I bought from him. After a bunch of back and forth he has finally agreed to refund my money. The issue is we are in the middle of a dispute on paypal. I want to be guaranteed to get my money back if I have to send the guns back to him first. All other information about his proposal is at the end of the thread below. If I could have a mod verify what he says is correct and I will get my money back, I would really appreciate it.

We can't guarantee you will get your money back. We don't control Paypal. Sorry. Have you called them?

I understand that, what I meant was dstanley said if I provide tracking # to paypal they will automatically refund my money. I was just curious if that was true in most cases. But I guess it don't really matter at this point. If I send the items back and don't get my money back, it's only $170 and I don't have to deal with it anymore.
