Haha, I have now discovered a goddamn power steering leak. Thought I may have found evidence of oil leakage, thought about the cable I was looking at, checked the power steering fluid and BAM! It's almost completely gone. We thought it just may be air bubbles. Now we know why it was so ****ed..

And the worst part, my dad just dismisses everything. He refuses to contact the guy who put all this **** together. We were a little okay at first with just an oil leak. We got a good deal. But two issues, on top of the fact we had to fix 2 other small things after we got it from him, and I'm pretty pissed off.

I am so ****ing tired of fixing ****. I just want one damn day with no ****ing problems. Just one.

That's a hell of a drive and we don't have the money right now. Family just bought a house, land, tractor, car, tons of ****.

I don't know what to do. I almost just want to part the damn thing out and just call it a day.

And what's even worse is he comes highly recommended in the Houston area. He is always extremely busy and, when I asked for where to go, did not get a single recommendation to go somewhere else by about 15 people.

Over at ridebmx's place. Got the car lowered, rims installed with fresh rubber, TXS BOV installed, new mudflaps, and JDM STI side trim installed. The car is nice...

But...

The car is too low and the rear fenders at a minimum need to he rolled. Its so bad that I can't drive back to jersey unless I put my OEM rims on. But after seeing how hot the car looks I cannot do that and will die before I get these fenders rolled.

I hope I can get it done before I.leave tomorrow :/

So we about 95% confirmed the oil leak is form the over torqued bolts on the valve gasket. Could be rolled, tough to tell, but they were definitely over torqued.

Going to have a conversation with the builder of the car tomorrow about what he wants to do. It has to be fixed.

Also, we did a better check and figured the power steering was just low in the first place and it was not leaking after all. This is great news, as this is what finally set me off.

We figure, with my front axles, we will get one more set from OReilly before we say **** it and get OEM replacement from Subaru at price. If that doesn't work, I found some for 400 for both that seemed a lot better.

Beginning the search for an Accessport so I can flash Stage 1. Whenever I find a catback exhaust (already have a DP) I'll go Stage 2. Then I'll wait until all the parts are together and install/tune at once.

****'s coming together I hope. Hopefully it all goes as planned, and the popping noise I hear is actually the axles. (and not the center diff)

Pretty common on the valve covers. the gaskets rolling is really common. Good luck with the axles.

Sides cut, wing ready for paint. Just need to get some plasti-weld stuff. Got to talk to Toby Broadfield and he recommended Norton speed grip, sets in 1minute. But its expensive
