Have a rotor and a nokio...Needless to say the rotor is my backup, despite playing front. I absolutely love everything about it, what a great product! Jamless since day 1.

Bringing up a dead thread, but Im wondering if you guys have Paddles (arms) for the internals, I was just playing and noticed my hopper jammed, took it off, and saw there was a little plastic piece stick from the feed neck, so i took it out and everything worked fine. Then the rest of the day I would break paint every so often, about 12- 25 balls total. I checked later and saw that plastic part was one of the arms out of the four. So if you could lmk, that would be great, thanks

i love my pinokio. its the best.i bought a rotor the same day as my pinokio, and love the pinokio, one for the "is that a pinokio?!?!???" factor, and two because it actually can hold a pod when its low, instead of half a pod.
but... the other day when i was playing, a ball broke in the feedneck of the hopper, just at the bend(it was raining and i forgot my lid, so the paint got soaked). so i took it apart, trying to get all the paint out of the ribbing there and noticed on the board, around there the light is, looked kind of melted/corroded. all grey and white on the board and the light stays red, no matter if it has fresh batteries, running and loading, stopped, its just red, and EATS batteries like my E1... it has never done that before... . could i get the board replaced possibly? or do i have to get a new board?

Contact Pinokio, if there is a problem there is a life warranty on the board and motor. 1 year on shells. Best warranty in the business.

Hands-down the overall best loader on the market.
I've been using them since they came out, and
have yet to break anything on one, or have one
break anything inside. I painted my smoke ones
so the bright paint wouldn't be seen. Here's a pic:
