I've wanted to try either of those (p90x or insanity), but the thing really holding me back (other than time) is the nutrition. I wouldn't say I eat "bad", but you're really supposed to eat *good* to really see results. A huge part of fitness is actually the nutrition, not entirely the exercise.

dude high school xc is crazy good at getting into shape... Search Blacksburg high school xc and it's crazy we are top 6.... I'm still on jv though |

Yea. Thats true i'm just doing it so that I have a good solid workout and be able to play points back to back. Not really looking to become a solid machine but just doing it so i dont fall over and throw up after attempting to make it to a corner......honestly :nododgy:
