Leg Day

Water: Roughly 4-5 liters

Meal 1:
2 Tilapia Filets
2 Small Avocados
1 Banana
1 Sweet Potato

Meal 2: Pre-workout (-1 hour) (was around 5 hours since I last had meal)
1 scoop whey
Piece of cheese (maybe 1-2oz)

PWO Meal:
Sirloin Tip steak w/ Masala sauce (didn't see lbs)
Box of whole wheat pasta (320 CHO, not net)
Pint of Ben & Jerry's

and the portion due to finals:
8 cups of coffee
1 pint of Ben n Jerrys Cannoli Ice Cream

Yeah, I couldn't put it down. I've never had a Cannoli before so I had to try it.

BnJ Cinnamon Buns has to be my favorite out of the ~10 I've tried. The worst one was Americone Dream, the one with Colbert on it.

I loved Americone Dream. Late Night Snack wasn't that good, though. I've had some chocolate brownie something or other that was pretty damn good.

Ah, wasn't a fan of either personally. Chocolate brownie does sound immaculate though. That may have to be my next one.

How bad is your intolerance? I'm lactose intolerant as well but I can get away with taking Lactaid or a fiber pill before/after and avoid an upset stomach.

You can't spot lose body fat. It's essentially genetically pre-determined. During my contenst prep, My back was the first thing to get shredded/Striated. My Abs didn't come in until the last 2 weeks or so. Just depends on your genetic response to starvation, man.

Interesting.

I know that you can't spot loss, the question was more out of curiosity of whether there is a systematic way that the body chooses where to first start pulling muscle or fat loss first to meet energy demands for the body.

I should probably change, "for a few days" to "most days"

Basically just a 2x 20 pound dumbbells.
