Stayed in communication while my USPS lost the pods that he sent. Great communication, honest, and best of all, he made me feel at ease about the pods.

I would definitely purchase things from him again (if he'll send to Hawaii, lol).

Attempted to buy Powerex batteries from him. Sent my money back a week later and said he was "I got word from my supplier that they would not have the batteries to me in time so I am refunding your money. Just found out today so I apologize that we could not make this deal happen." Would do business with again, but I would hope that the initial communication would be better, on both of our parts.
