Complained in my feedback that I shipped out late...and was not an honorable person. I shipped out USPS First Class which takes a week to get there. The buyer didn't pay ,so another person offered me for it, I never said I was taking his offer. O.K. buyer, deserves a "C"

I offered to have payment in mail on next business day or paypal that day. I always pay same day! I don't spend money I don't have. After he agreed to sell it to me for a price, he pmed me back saying that he wasn't going to sell to me because he was getting offers. I pmed him after a week to see when he sent it out. He replied that he would send it out that day. It took only 2-3 days to recieve after he send it out but a week for him to send it out after I paypal'd him.
