Spedies

My fellow upstate Broome County New Yorkers will know what I'm talking about.

Basically you cube up pieces of chicken, pork or venison(deer meat) leave over night to marinate and then grill the suckers.

Not anything like shish kabobs, my brother lives in North Carolina on Camp Lejune, I can't remember I believe he said a Wegmans near there had spedie sauce. I suggest everyone who can get there hands on spedie sauce make some and enjoy a godlike food, for everyone who has access to them whats you favorite recipes. I need some new ones

Its about the only good thing we got goin on up here, my brother is hating not being able to have them, every times he comes home he buys like 5 bottles of marinade. If I ever move away I will be buying a lifetime supply of sauce.

Also- how the hell has this food not spread across the US
