Make the event on a sunday then. Oct 2nd. And we can either use the cup layout or the cfps 6 layout.

Every event I have seen has always been on a Saturday, but I've always just assumed this was to compensate for travel time, in which for this conference wouldn't be that big of a deal.

So unless there is a NCPA regulation that says the events must be held on a Saturday, I would support this idea.

Proposed schedule for final 2 events:

Event #3 - February 18
Event #4 - March 31

Note: I haven't passed these by CFP yet, but they don't seem to conflict with CFPS. Any objections, or can I reserve the dates with CFP?

well the 18th is in less than two weeks.

what is going on with this?

im not a big fan of these proposed dates. only one week after the cfps events doesnt give my guys very much time to scrounge up some cash to play.

I'm all for pre-planning the season. I'd like to do an event at Nitro Paintball, which (I think) is a good middle-ground driving wise between the MSCC and the Florida teams. Having a AA event at CFP, then two more somewhere.

Class A events: World Cup 2012 and Nationals 2013 on Friday. Guarantees each team six matches.

We can set up the Nitro event and have it up within a few days once the date is agreed upon. Unless, GA state is wanted to put it together since they have the right to host for performing well.
