Prophecy feeding problem

Im having trouble getting my Prophecy to feed, iv got the motor speed set at 3, sound sensitivity at 4, stack monitoring at 2 and activation mode at 2 as well. All I can do is use the rip drive to manually feed balls. Iv checked to make sure its all put together right and it all seems correct. Any ideas ?

If it won't feed at all when the marker fires and you have it on sound mode with the sensitivity cranked up the microphone is bad on the board , also make sure one of the motor wires are not broke off and that batterys are good , contact Paintball Solutions they'll look after you .

When does it not feed? Does it not feed when it has paint in it and you are shooting your marker? Or are you saying it doesn't feed when you put paint in it when it is not on a marker?

Thanks for your replies I will most likely be contacting paintball solutions. It doesn't feed paint on or off my marker, I shot some paint yesterday and was basically only able to 1 ball.
