I've been out of gpl for a few years and dont know of any of the format changes. Is GPL ramping?? I am getting the idea it has gone that way. Thnx

i just read the bps rate is it capped 13.3 across the board or is it capped psp only and uncapped semi

Yes. PSP only Capped, Semi is uncapped.

For those who are unsure, if you played last year - same as last year. The rule did not change from last year to this year.

when are the specific rules comin out for gpxl such as bps 10.5 or 13.3 how many on the roster etc.

The rule book will be out towards the end of this month. Beginning of April.

i know we're not allowed to have clear shells on our hoppers but what about semi translucent hoppers that have a color but you can still see through them?
