What type of equipment do you all have?
Personally I ride a pair of 161 Salomon Foils with some Salomon 912 Ti Bindings and have a pair of Technica Agent 120 Boots.
Do any of you have experiences with the Marker Griffon's or Jester's? I am looking for a new pair of bindings for this season...

Dont have experience with any of them, but I am not a fan of marker bindings but however if you get markers you might as well get the schizofrantic binding.

Damn, been on PBnation for 4 years and didn't know about this. I raced my whole life, moved to Steamboat from upstate NY (Whiteface) to race. Sponsored by Dynastar/Lange/Look until I was 18 then switched to Nordica/Marker (if any of you freestylers want Look P18s I have them, by far the best binding for freestyle. Pivot heel, 18 din setting, Look just started making them again and they are overpriced, I used to get these by the boxes). Was on/off some bigger regional and national teams, but decided school was more important in the end. Still live in Colorado, still ski the Boat as much as possible, now it's backcountry and booters, sure is nice skiing in clothes and comfy boots nowadays. Here's some old race pics I scrounged up, some good, some funny:
USCSA Nationals GS - 6th/2nd US
USCSA Nationals SL - 4th/1st US
Fails:
If any of you guys are ever in the area and would like a "local's" tour of the Boat and the surrounding back country hit me up, I go up there on days I have off. A few friends have sleds and we hit up the passes too, for those who are interested in doing some bigger stuff (jumps, drops, etc).

If it was last year, I would have taken you up on the offer. Had no idea how much those things were worth. Just picked up a CK engraved Marq 7 with a few ups for a straight trade of P18s (actual bindings in picture of GS).
Edit: if you think 18 is a high din setting, think again. When I was with Nordica/Marker I had Markers with a din that would go up to 30.

thats because markewr bindings are little more than cardboard holding your boot to the ski, i destroyed 4 sets of comp 20's ans switched to sth 16 on my skis, never looked back.

Off the shelf anything sucks when it comes to skiing, but din settings are din settings. You can't say Marker produced WC bindings that had a din of 30 solely because their off the shelf bindings suck, that's like saying Shelby/Ford makes Shelby Mustangs because the V6 is a slow POS. Lange/Look/Dynastar helped me out, Nordica/Marker helped me out more. Although I don't know much about recreational equipment and what is available, I'll be using Markers for a long time down the road. The only other binding I would use would be the Look P18 (or Rossi's version).

It's only been a couple weeks, but I think my wrist is almost all perfect.
It better be because it's going to get tested this coming week on the slopes.
