I'm not the biggest fan of the field, but after playing it for a while you get used to it. Deffinately a different field.
Oh and the snake sides getting changed. Instead of the fifty having all those beams, its just two beams with a cake on both sides.
Theres no chance they will change it, its to close to the event, although I wish they would. And Ryan can say whatever he wants. Pro player or not hes still entitled to an opion.

Wow. I dont play nppl or uspl or whatever it is now so my opinion probably wont matter but out of my boredom here it is. It looks like someone had bunker dice and rolled them out and was like bam this is the layout now just mirror the bunkers. Pretty sloppy on the nppl/uspl side in my opinion. This is a big event for them,in a matter of fact the biggest for nppl/uspl, you would think they would throw out there best most impressive layout. Oh well. Nppl/uspl need to step it up if they want to try and compete with psp standards for events.

Ok, I played it today.
Change the damn thing.
lol, this field is terrible.
If you are playing good players at all, they can lock that crap down tighter than Fort Knox.
We had several games go to time today, which never happens.

AGREED
you don't see professional players in any other sport behaving this way. media, coaches, sponsors would tear them apart.
Guys get a life, just play the ****ing game and be glad there is still a game to play. because of most of the younger 'pro' players out there treating the game and leagues like ****, this may not even be a sport in a couple years

Its completely different. Paintball is changing in every way possible all the time. In the last twenty years how much has Basketball or Football changed? Not that much, maybe some of the rules but thats about it. If they completely changed a Football field I bet you would hear players complain.
Your also forgetting that proffesional sports is dominated by a bunch of ****ing *******s for the most part.
No ones disrespecting the league. People are just voicing there opinions and telling the league they dont like the field and would like to see it changed. I dont see what you guys are freaking out about..
Either way, ITS HUNTINGTON ****ING BEACH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*****ing and whining <> Constructive Criticism
Delivery is key. When you say **** this and **** that and this sucks it comes across poorly. However saying "I played this field this weekend and the layout could use some changes. Here is why: ...." you will get a lot further with your plea. Act like and adult (even though most players are not). It is one of the many reasons tourney paintball is in the state it is in.

Played the layout today and it's a blast. Lots of amazing shots and bumps. It could be tough for some teams, but definitely not a stalemate field.

after playing basically this layout today I must say I was not too fond of it. It could be "better" however we're pb players ; we adapt.
Good luck all

Everyone who hates this layout is trippin, its gonna be so sick, its like you have to break out wide and work your way to the middle then out wide again to move up the field, its gonna be interesting.....

I am happy that the Nppl decided to update the field.. the small changes makes a huge difference in the way you can play the field. I played a few games on it this past weekend. Its still a different style layout, but I do agree with those that say we must adapt to the layout the league gives us to play on. I am looking forward to Hb, my favorite event as always!

Played the new layout this weekend. Different for sure, but lots of fun once you get used to it.
