It's soft and it's not hard for me to catch myself on it. I've had failed attempts of my feet slipping off of it.

I'm just saying. Is the risk/reward benefit really worth it? Legitimately seems like a really unnecessarily dangerous exercise bro.

I don't do it all the time. I've done regular 50"+ box jumps once every few weeks just to see if I'm bored at work/in between clients or to see if I can jump higher. I think my highest jump was 54-56".

It looks dangerous but it's not if you're coordinated enough.

Maybe your mommy needs to be a bit more honest with you when she times your sprints.

I was curious as to how much I can do since some places have friendly competitions.
I heard that generally above 22 times is very good.

I tried it last week. I stop at 1-2 inches above my sternum. First try with shoulders feeling 85%, 33 reps.
I tried it yesterday with shoulders 90%-my side delts were a little sore. 39 reps! I failed on the 40th. I'm going for 40+ reps next chest day.

What is this doing in the picture thread anyways? Now we have three pages of useless arguing.

Most Muscular. My favorite pose.
I've been consistent for a little over 3 weeks so I'm just getting back into it and looking to get bigger and stronger. I'm a personal trainer so I'm as focused as ever since I basically live in the gym.
Again my goal is to compete in powerlifting and then cut down and try bodybuilding. My main focus is bodybuilding but many people have told me that for my weight, I'd do well in powerlifting.

Here's my old MM poses compared to now. I'm leaner than I've ever been. I started bulking this week since I want to gain much more mass (10-15lbs). I'm slowly and consistently progressing.

You lack reading comprehension and do box jumps on to medicine balls. There's really not much else to say. You can bench 600 and you still have the brains of a ****ing monkey.

Can't say that I'm used to it. Oh well, life goes on.

I still don't understand why your jimmies are rustled over him doing medicine ball box jumps though.

How do Box jumps work? that can't be straight vertical...

As a former college athlete, I'd put the odds of you sprinting a legitimate sub 4.4 to be around 0.01 considering there are about 20-50 people that can do that in the country.

I mean hey, if you can, that's awesome, just realize you should be an olympic sprinter.
