The stop ring is only supposed to fit over the threads up to the tophat, not actually go on the tophat.

I talked with excope today and the issue was that it wouldn't fit over the threads to get pinched. One of the 3 he got is mine so I'll check it on mine when I get home. I got your RF transmitter excope.

Yeah, guess I should have been a little more clear on that. I know they are supposed to go in between the top had and the back cap. What I was refering to is that they would not fit over the threads. Sorry bout that. Ex.

The sanding we did was to check a DM4 bolt guide - i don't know if that's the source of discrepancy or what - it sounds like it was an easy fix, though, so that's good!

Yeah, just a little snip and it works great. Nothing major, prolly will be hit and miss on stock top hat threads as tolerances varry.

mine fit no problem. i have a bwing bolt so i do not know if it makes a difference.

Had to snip it to fit my stock DM7 bolt. I tried to screw it on but that didn't work either. Works fine. Chronied 296-300 over 5 shots with rec paint.

consistency was very nice on mine too. i have it chronoed at 260 cause thats what some of the fields i play at is set to.

i looked at my tank today (the one i used in the vid) and i was wrong. it was closer to 300 psi for a pod then 400. so 300 psi per pod, 68/4500..promising results.

i am the owner of the DM7 that was used for the testing that Msonic mentioned....so now i know it wasnt just my gat that got that great boost in efficiency!!!

my settings were pretty much stock, Tadao Mikko board (doesnt matter, but in for the ones that will ask), BWing bolt and used a Ninja adjustable (LP;took all the shims out) 45/45.

i dropped them in the morning i went out to play, so didnt have time to make any adjustments to anything until i got to the field. didnt need to, chrono'd just under 300 (between 295 -300) for the first 5 shots.

first match, went through 3 pods and still had a little over 2500 on that same 45/45.
by the end of the day, i did go through the 6 pods that i carry and had enough air to keep the needle from touching the empty on the guage.

Lurker...this here is by far one of the best Mods/upgrades that i have used...and i have used plenty on all my guns.

thats what i got. you also have to take climate somewhat into consideration... i live in So. Cal. and not everyone will have the same exact results. but shouldnt be too far off.

I just wanted to apologize for the slow shipping on the first batch - Now that we know you can clip a slit into the rings to help it fit all guns, they will come that way. Everything from now on should have the same fast shipping that people have come to expect from us.

So I hate to be the first person on this thread to receive there eigenring and not be satisfied with it. I got it today after ordering it on the 20th opened it and found that there is no ring itself, there is the stop ring three o-rings and the back silver ring but no main brass ring. It sucks waiting this long finally get it and still can't use it. I hope you can do something about this Lurker. Please help [IMG]

f-unit is right you aren't missing anything. f-unit you have a yellow dot.

wdp4life, the large aluminum ring is the Eigenrin, the small one is the stop ring.

f-unit & excope- look at the picture on Lurkers site. There is that brass looking ring that sits up against the top hat and the silver ring. There should be three rings according to the picture the silver ring with the o-ring on it, the stop ring and the brass looking one.
unless it was changed and the picture wasn't updated.
