TBH full L2.0 is a bit much on the volume for a cut LEMUR 1.5 with extra work to taste is a bit better fit. If you can handle the volume L2.0 will be sick on a cut

I'm sold on this program, I would really just like to thank dake and lurker for helping me out. I have printed this program out for at least 10 other people that I know in real life and they are loving the program just as much as me.

I'll try lemur 2.0 for my cut, if my body tells me its too much then ill go down to 1.5.
I'm starting 2.0 tomorrow, then Leangains in a week from now until probably mid-September depending on how fast I lose weight; after that, the big fall bulk starts October.
I feel like the transfer from leangains back to 5-6 meals per day is going to be hard. Its going to be a ***** because my body will get used to not eating all day so I am going to take a couple weeks from mid-September to October to get used to eating like that again. Anyone have experiences coming off leangains back to eating normal again?

Im doing fine. I'll have 3 1kcal meals throughout the day and snack on some chex mix or something in between. I wouldn't say I necessarily feel good all the time but I could definitely eat more if I had too

First lemur day went great, lurker i think you turned me back into a volume guy, I will probably use a lot of these concepts in my next bulk if not the whole routine.
The volume might be a bit much for cutting (bulking now, cutting next week), so could I stay on lemur 2.0 but just cut some of the sets out?

Did Lemur 2.0 for the first time today (chest). Walked out the gym straight faced, drove home the same way trying to figure out what the **** just happened to my body. ****.
