I'm pretty sure the $14 costco jeans are at least as durable as the Levi's they make now. So probably not even true for that.

don't buy your Levi's from Wal-Mart and they'll hold up and last fine.

I've worn dozens pairs of levi's for the past god knows how many years. They hold up fine to anything (except transmission fluid, which apparently bleaches them).

And expensive clothes often last longer only because you treat them better. I wash and take care of my expensive clothes a lot better than my cheap clothes.

Unless it's shoes/leather. Quality > Quantity with that ****.

Levis, higher priced jeans, does not compute.

Yeah I really should be working on getting 20 something HP Z420s imaged and ready to go.

I think we have 4 done, and they need to be installed next week.

Hurrah.

And come to find out, our Imaging software is old, and the Z420s have a hidden partition, that Our software doesn't remake, or something. So we have to redo everything, and one of the guys is seeing if it works with ImageX.

Looking like a thug doesn't mean you dress fashionably. Fashion has always been about well-fitting clothes. They're accessories to your natural body. It takes a decent to good body as a core foundation to have anything to do with fashion in the first place. You're not going to get away with much if you're overweight.

Shirts are no exception. Stitching needs to be done properly to ensure longer life and usually leads to a better fit if done right. The material the shirt is made out of is super important. Stay away from plastics like polyester; the more natural the material, the longer the material will last in almost every single case. It also looks and feels better.

Still, none of that discredits my post that was meant to point out that designer clothing usually equates to more properly fit clothing, durability or not. If you're too poor to afford properly fit clothing, then you'll just look poor. No need for the "no shirt fits me" bull**** excuse.

And LOL at Levi's being "higher priced."

I'm not overweight and I wasn't trying to discredit your post just clarify mine. Get rid of my extra skin and my body is fine for fashion, if I gave enough **** to look spectacular instead of just presentable.

I really disagree with needing to buy expensive clothes to look good. There's plenty of companies that create fitted clothing for a decent price. There's also plenty of bargains to be found.

Anyways. I work at a senior living center now. My life slowly becomes more and more of a drag.

Anyone here visited/hiked the Kauai island? After my parents went there I've sort of wanted to go there to do some hiking there and other **** you'd do in Hawaii I guess.

Just wondering if any of you have gone.

You don't need to, it's just easier to find better fitting clothes if they're from decent designers. My favorite outfit right now consists of a shirt and a sweater I got from Target. Just so happens, they both fit perfectly on me.
