80% off Restaurant.com -- Get $25 certificate for $2
Promo Code: LOVE (expires 2/14)
80% off
link
Best Method:
Purchase a gift certificate to the site itself at 60-80% off, then apply that certificate to restaurant vouchers whenever you'd like. Restaurant.com certificates are generally good for up to one year.
1) Purchase a gift certificate to restaurant.com with the discount code - Find "Give Restaurant.com eGift Cards" on the home page
- Select desired quantity
- Select desired amount
- Add to cart, etc.
2) When you're ready to grub: - Sign in to your account on the restaurant.com home page
- Click on "Restaurant.com Gift Certificates - 2009 and after" under 'My Certificates'
- Copy the 'Certificate #'
- Click "REDEEM YOUR GIFT"
- Enter the Certificate # and Verification Code
- Browse for your restaurant, purchase a voucher and enjoy
- ***ALWAYS be sure to read the fine print; some $25 vouchers require a minimum purchase of $35, while others require a minimum of $50. Common exclusions include alcohol, gratuity, tax, etc. Even so, this will still save you money.
Alternatively, you can purchase restaurant vouchers a la carte at 60-80% off; simply find the restaurant, enter the promo code up top and follow through with the order.

All these places they offer at don't sound too good.

Yeah, there were only 4 restaurants around me, but one is a sushi place, and the other decent one is sold out of certificates..

How is this legit? Do they send it to you or do you print it?
Has anyone actually taken it in and used the certificate?

I'm not sure if the deal is actually dead, but restaurant.com is 100% legit.
Just print out the certificate and hit up the restaurant. The catch is, you have to spend a certain amount to get it. Example: $25 GC can be used on bills of $35 or more, plus they add 18% gratuity. In a perfect world, you can walk out with a $35 meal for about $17 and you don't have to leave a tip.
