you're not missing much. The light dust is fun, but lately around my parts it snows. almost melts then freezes again, then snows on top of the ice sheets. Today it sunny and rained yesterday, last week people were wrecking their cars.

I know, I'd rather fly around on the sunny open roads of AZ in my GTI.

m3 is pure secks... that's my next car. But honestly, I absolutely love my GLI. The small mods I've done has made my car that much better and don't see a reason to give it up any time soon.

Opty- Thats hot.
Sparky- All puns aside, don't you literally own a plane?
g2k- You have excellent taste, I was under the impression 325's were 2 coupes though.
____________
My old ride, 2000 SE 2.0Zetec 5 speed. Exhaust/intake
Oddly enough quicker than it should have been. 0-60 about 6.5 sec and 1/4 would have been high 14's.
I though it was slower when i was driving it until I lined up against a PT GT Turbo (2003 PT Cruiser GT Turbo (Auto) 0-60 mph 6.6 Quarter mile 15.1 ). Several Times I pulled ahead of the guy in a N/A focus relatively stock (By my standards). There are other stories but this is the only info to back my claims. Most Stock focus are like 8.1sec 0-60 and high 15 1/4mile times...
I think the base model being stripped of weight from a/c to smaller wheels combined with the engine it shouldn't have really helped. If you find the focus listings the 03 ZTS times would be the closes package listed to mine but its for a auto in a heavier vehicle with no mods.
Day I bought the car
Morning I smashed my car, I switched to the spare to try and move it. You can see it well, but the entire suspension was decimated. I had cracked the rim i removed, and ripped the strut mount. There were various bearings rolling around on the ground and of course the air bags blew. i opted to junk the car instead of paying for towing fees as the engine was running pretty rough too.
Then I bought this 98civic off my dad really quick. Total beater the picture doesn't do justice of how rough this car is. Even though I can get on and off the highway, its so SLOW and NOISY!

Speaking of cars...
I was a ******* today and forgot to fill up, as you'd expect, vehicles have this thing about fuel.. they don't like to run without it. So as I sat in my angry chair stewing about my own stupidity, I realized my iPhone jailbreak failed just before I left the house for work. Anyways, I flagged down a driver and was able to call my wife for a jerry can.
After she arrived, we realized the gas can didn't have a spout. And after rummaging through both vehicles, we found that neither had a funnel.
Soooo... angry Derek wound up grabbing an old oil jug and a screwdriver, stabbing the **** out of it and tearing the bottom off in a fit of rage.
Oh.. and did I mention I'm within my six month probation at work and wound up waltzing through the doors 4 minutes before my shift. At best had I been late, I'd receive another 3 month contract.. at worst, mine wouldn't be renewed.
From hereafter, today will be know as "The Series of Unfortunate Events".

Nice! Here is mine:
Just got done putting a 42DD 3" Turbo-back exhaust on. Also have an AEM CAI, Forge DV, Samco Coolant hoses, APR Stage 2 ECU (Stock, 91, 93, and 100 octane programming) and Koni coilovers. I probably have other stuff done to it, just can't think of what it is right now. She needs a new interior and paint, but man is she fun to drive.

nope you can get the 325 in either 4 door or coupe. you can get a cabriolet coupe too, but on the 325 it looks way too feminine. m3's look way hot like that tho.

I'd kill for an M3. They seem to be a dime a dozen in the GTA though. I have had musing about picking up something like an older Porsche 944, but for now, I think I'll dump some cash into our Jeep and wait for the ****vic to die.. which I doubt will ever happen, damn car is a cockroach.

Yea I want so badly a BMW 3 series but right now I'm stuck with ol faithful '99 Civic Manual. two door and a brand new muffler lol. Last one rusted off and it sounded soooo not manly when I gassed it up.

Mine sounds like that all the time. In hindsight, a 2.5" exhaust is a bit much when your car has a 4 speed auto and you put in a lot of highway miles.
I really wish I did that manual swap I was planning.

Yeah, I was just lazy. It's doable on a 92 Civic, but the body is going (amongst other things), and it's going to be my wife's car again soon. AKA, we're driving it till its irrepairable (and putting minimal money into it), and getting something else.

Those Volkswagens are so slick.
I wouldn't mind a manual swap in mine civic, but for now i'll be rocking d16y8 EX till i blow up the head... again, or maybe if i'm lucky i'll drop the autotrans and use that as an excuse to manny swap. Either way, spent like 5k on the focus compared to the 1500 on civic.
