My first marker was a Walmart-special Viewloader Orion. Played a couple of rec-ball games, and took it to my first scenario ('07 Spring Castle @ EMR). There I won an '07 Spyder MR-1, and was a Spyder junkie for awhile. Played lots of rec-ball/woodsball, and finally got tired of the all mech semi world. I bought a couple of other markers, but finally got a Tippman Alpha Black Tactical w/ E-Grip. I love it, and have since purchased a couple of pumps, some '98 Customs, an A-5, and got a TiPX for Christmas. I'm pretty much sold on Tippmann for their reliability and durability. I'm not much of a speedballer, but I've seen Tippmann guns keep up with the best of the >$1000 crowd, so....It's not the gun, it's the player that makes the game.

Couldnt have said it any better myself, haha went from a vl triton to a project salvo, now people love my salvo after all the upgrades and it turns heads at scenarios just with the cosmetics. Tippys are great guns!

I realized I haven't posted my first marker yet...so I shall!
My first marker was a bright blue Viewloader Triton II. Still play with it today, when I'm not using my A5 or Superstock. Excellent first gun and I think I'd do it again!
