Sheradin PG?

I heard about the Sheradin PG and thaught it seemed very unique. I tried googling it but nothing helpful came up, an dI was wondering if I could get some information about it. My question is how does it work? I am guessing that the top tube holds the paint and the bottom tube holds a 12 gram CO2 cartridge, but I think it would be interesting to find how it works. Thanks for any input!

Are you talking about a PGP? The standard, most well known Sheridan out there? Head over to mcarterbrown.com for more information.

Well, there is a Sheridan PG, which was the predecessor to the PGP. The last "P" in PGP stands for pump, remove that and you get...

Yep, the PG was a bolt action pistol. No pump arm needed since at the time you most likely weren't shooting at people with the thing, but marking trees to cut down or cattle to separate from the herd. Heck, the earliest version had the feed tube on the side of the gun. So pull back bolt, turn gun sideways to drop a ball into the breech, push bolt forward.

I keep forgetting there's the PG. As a marker, for it's intended marking purpose, I assume it worked great! But what about as a marker for game purposes?

Wow, that was really helpful, I've never heard of a paintball gun baing bolt action. I couldn't imagine using one in a game, especially without the feed tube!

Close. K's are bolt action. The "P" in KP stands for pump. So a K-2 is a bolt action, a KP-2 is pump action.
