great to hear the program is working well for everyone! From what we're hearing the new formula looks and feels much better. Its a noticeable difference per the players. Sorry about the issues and having you go through the warranty program but its good to hear the bottle manufacturer took care of you.

Ninja is amazing. thats exactly why i stick with them. the Customer service is top notch.

Just got word that my tank is on its way back to me today. Sent it out last week, was received on Friday. Great turnaround time! Coming from someone who does customer service for a living I can't speak enough about all the guys at Ninja. Buy their crap!

Its a warranty program that we supply on all of our bottles and this warranty program will continue until all issues have been taken care of
