is there going to be a release of one?

i dont want to see a nppl modified rulebook, this league should be professional enough to have their own uspl rulebook and any changes that they have made.

well the nppl's rules wernt bad, just had things that needed a change, and pretty much this is taking the nppls place those rules will apply, just needed those things changed

yea but what he is saying is that even if they take the same rules from nppl with a few minor revisions, they should at least release an 'official' uspl rulebook. It looks pretty unprofessional to just say that they use modified nppl rules, especially since the nppl does not exist anymore.
