make sure your wires are not in the way of the trigger

You need to adjust the spring tension screw outward.

One of the things we covered in the replies are the only possible problems you could have unless you tried to use a diffrent trigger.

call DYE... they are opened for about 45 more minutes. I would help... but I don't know how the PMR UL frame works or what it looks like. The other UL frames have adjustment screws at the top of the frame... so the trigger never goes above the frame... therefore, the solenoid wouldn't be an issue. If you post pics of the top of the frame and bottom of the PMR body... that would help... especially... since most of us haven't seen the frame yet.

I just tried to install a PMR UL on someone's gun, and ran into the same exact problem. Also, the back screw was not long enough to fit into the body after putting the UL frame on.

You can see on the UL trigger, it's got a hump and then nothing right after where the pin holds it in place? This is where the solinoid needs to seat. Make sure you have ALL of the plastic nubbin off of the solinoid housing and try to wiggle the trigger around a little. I actually had to reseat my trigger several times with the pin because for some reason it wouldn't depress. Just keep manking around with the spring tension screw and reseating the trigger and it'll all just "fit". Also be sure the wires arn't in the way either, it can be tricky getting them to fit right the first time.

Sorry the install is such a pain, but it does fit and it will work I promise.

Ya I know, I just used a slightly longer screw I found laying around. Alternativly, you can go to the hardware store. Dye/Proto know about this and are going to include a longer back screw

grats HPRC

Thanks, I needed that confirmation. For a minute there I thought I was going crazy, but I'm glad to see other people are having the same problems.
