How much should I add
I have a lnib blue droid that I want to trade for stock 2011 g6r(dont care on the color). Its all stock and literally lnib only change it has done to it, is a blue CP reg. Comes with box and all goodies.
What I want to know what you guys think is a fair price to add both on the lowend and at the highend being my absolute max before I say no thanks.
Don't worry I still have my Camo droid as my baby, been a Macdev owner since 07 so Im not leaving the fam
Thanks in advance lmk what your opinions are.

I'd say about $150 or so is fair.

I just meant as a hypothetical, I would say that if you only had to add 150 it would be one heck of a deal for you

I think most G6r go for about $500-550 and most droids for about $350

Bone stock on both ends 300 for the droid tops, 500 for the g6r but honestly you don't need an upgrade for either. I have both, they are both stock, and they both shoot amazing

Well lets see what the nation brings me I think at $300 the droid could possibly be the best deal on the market like you said it shoots amazing and thats without a doubt

Bare minimum of 200 but that depends on the condition and all. If it were my droid, I wouldn't add more than 250 but if it were my g6r I wouldn't take a penny less than 350.

Your Droid is worth about $375-400(only because of the LNIB condition). 2011 G6R's are going anywhere from $600-800. I'd say adding $200 is a good place to start. If they say they want $275, I'd say that is fair.

I'm actually working on a deal and I would be confident to say 2011 G6r's are in the $50-550 range. As far as my droid goes I think $400 is my best case scenario. you should post on it to bump it up
Thanks guys for the input I really would like to get an 07 borg but there so darn hard to find so I figured a G6r should match up

Honestly, the G6R (as well as the EGO and others) are just glorified Spyders. I would not trade a Droid, Clone, or any other high tech spool valve marker for them but that is just my opinion...and yes I have had a G6R. The ONLY poppit valve marker I woud shoot is a Victory...which I have. I know that everyone has different opinions but I don't like stacked tube guns.

How is it like a spyder? Im not trying you I am just curious why so last time I check my spyder it has some clicking thing instead of a solenoid. And I have another droid that's my true baby its a camo edition and will keep it for life
I would want a vic but how much would I have to add for that?(btw I didn't know they were poppit)

Here is how a spyder operates: Bolt is attached to the hammer with a pin, a spring drives the hammer forward and hits the valve at the same time the bolt travels forward with the hammer and loads a ball. Once the hammer and bolt are in the forward position air is released from the valve and shoots the ball and re-cocks the gun.
Any stacked tube poppit valve works like this: Bolt is attached to the rammer (hammer) with a pin, air from the selinoid drives the hammer forward and hits the valve at the same time the bolt travels forward with the rammer and loads a ball. Once the rammer and bolt are in the forward position air is released from the valve and shoots the ball. Air from the selinoid resets the rammer.
I'm not saying they are not good markers and the selinoid/rammer set-up does allow them to shoot faster and be more reliable.
However as far as the way they deliver the ball down field it is the exact same.

I prolly won't be back here. But I get a kick on how you say the "going rate of". Saying g6r is 500$ish. Which a stock one is roughly. But "your" gun is worth 400$. To anyone but a macdev lover your gun is lucky to hit the 300$ mark. Especially in a trade where your upgrading to a newer gun. Pbn is assbackwards the last couple of years. Just a little rant from a trader. But you should sell your droid for the 400$ it's worth. If you can. Thab just add the cash an start lowballing people.
