Jack3d definitely worked for me as far as feeling pumped up during my workouts. Don't be fooled by the small package and small scoop, for each dose packs a powerful punch. However, I found that my window of having a high energy level seemed to drop off after an hour and some change. The energy crash was definitely evident as well, sometimes feeling it toward the end of my workouts.

Today, I just started on Assault with the orange/mango flavor. It tastes great. The powder dissolves thoroughly, unlike jack3d, which left powdery bits toward the end of the drink. The scoop that comes with the package is a bit ridiculous in size. It definitely makes it almost impossible to pour the powder into regular plastic water bottles. I also didn't feel a definitive power boost from it either. Obviously, I'll keep trying it and see if I feel any results.

This, although I usually go on the high side (60) of DMAA and take 100-150 caffeine. The full bore stimpack is just outrageous, I haven't used the full trinity in a few months because there is no way in hell I can sleep after. Maybe this next squat day...

It doesnt. Too high of a calorie intake causes fat.
