Two of the teams (5150 Recon and the Suicide Kings) I have played for ordered jerseys from Animal, and I must say that their jerseys are very good quality, and the colors and artwork on both the semi-custom and fully custom jerseys came out great. We did try Animal's pants once with 5150, and every pair blew out the crotch seams. We also had an issue in the Suicide Kings when one order was several weeks late from the promised date, forcing us to play SPPL tourney woodsball in our bright red, black and gold "pimp" jerseys. The more subdued woodsball jerseys sure looked awesome when we got them, though! Oh, and even with the bright jerseys in the woods, we took second.
When I joined FrontKick2theSternum, the team had already used Eye2Eye with great results. When I placed my jersey order with Eye2Eye, they had them to me by the end of the following week, and that was over Thanksgiving 2009 (of course it is US holiday, and Eye2Eye are Canadian, but shipping is usually affected here).
Almost a year ago, I began placing another order with Eye2Eye, and all seemed fine right up until they assigned me an artist. Then it was as if they fell off the planet. No replies to my emails, their telephone voicemail box was full so I couldn't leave a message, and other phone numbers I tried were either disconnected or just rang and rang. I gave up and wrote them off, especially after I heard a rumor that their dye sublimation printer broke down.
A couple of weeks ago, I received an email from Eye2Eye (now "i2i") apologizing for the situation, and they asked if I still wanted to place my order. Well, with NPPL Vegas coming up, I figured I would try again. It appears that they have a bunch of new people working there, since I didn't recognize any names, and I already have some great-looking jerseys in my hands.
Animal does make great jerseys, but I'm impressed with the comeback that i2i seems to be trying. I'm giving them another chance.
+1 for both Animal and i2i!
