starting berberine in the fasted state for massive upregulation of AMPK this week - I think this could kick ***. GDAs might be pretty good but have been used totally incorrectly by the fitness community

I recall Neuron dosing it at 50mg twice daily, with no proof of toxicity.
What type of berberine are you using?

I usually take in about 250g of protons from food.

bb.com had a sale on their brand bcaa a while ago. 90 servings bcaa+caffeine for 20 bucks. WOuldnt hurt to see if they still have it
