I finally got mine Thursday after ordering it about a month ago. Not many differences, the battery life seems to be a lot better.

The only reason I upgraded was for the new charging port, the one on my 4 was a bit ****ed up, so I needed to use the power mat to charge it. This new port seems less likely to **** up, but the wife bought me an otter box, so I should be good to go

Possibly, most 2011 regular g6's are going for about $525-550. You can fetch more being TS, but $600 would be about the best you'll get
