Nitro will raise the performance level of your gun.

Go with it.

whats already on your gun? if you only have the stock frame, a metal frame will give you a much smoother trigger pull

wel i dont have anything that realy would effect the preformance of the gun. the barel i orderd is backorderd(damn), and i have a rev, but somethings wrong with it (double damn). this is going to be my next upgrade. i will have money left over if i buy either of these tho. i think im leaning twards the frame.

....

Well, the new trigger frame will make it more comfortable and smoother trigger pull. Although, the nitrogen will show the most increase of performance.

Go with the trigger frame. Cockers run well on CO2. I have a 99 STO and I run CO2 through it and I haven't had any problems with it at all. You will have a much smoother trigger pull with the new frame...although you would have better consistency with a nitro tank...I would, personally, go with the trigger frame. That's just my opinion.
