I don't know how some people do it. When I was in Missouri, North Carolina, and Virginia (and DC).... I absolutely hated the humidity. Blah. I'd take a hot dry day over a warm humid day every time.

So I put Andouille sausage, red skin potatoes, some salt and pepper, some Scotch, and right now I'm going letting the cabbage and carrots cook into it.
