· The team captain will receive a check in verification receipt after check is complete. You will be required to present this receipt at the captains meeting in order to receive a schedule

· There will be staging areas set up next to the field and in the pits areas

To clarify some of the questions I have been getting...

This is an Open Class event comprised of player ranked D3 or below. There are not separate divisions.

If you want to have trophies for 1st place through 4th for every division and garbage prizes... go play an event that has 3 different divisions and can't fill a single one of them up enough to make it worthwhile.

Axes for 1st... worth over $1300 retail

Prophecys for 2nd... over $500 for 2nd!

E-Vents for 3rd... that's $300 retail

You still come close to breaking even (including your paint) for placing 3rd... how many tournaments can claim that?

Will the layout be posted and what rule set is it folowing? (ramping, time, race to etc..)

Field layout will NOT be released online. This will help the players with less cash that can't play it 2-3 times before the event. It will be setup with adequate time to walk the field before games start.

Rules will be PSP based with point penalties.

ROF will be PSP ramping 12.5bps

Game time is TBD, but will be less than 5mins - probably 3-4 minutes (it's 3man afterall)

No race to... single game format. The idea is to minimize the cost to players...
