Well if it is only sometimes, then obviously it has helped.

In normal ST, you see that ALL THE TIME, not just "sometimes".

So by saying that it hasn't helped, yet you only see the normal "ST Maturity Level" sometimes, does not make sense.

If the mods created this thread, then the mods agreed to do there jobs. Im sure they will do it to there best ability.

suggesting that mods should just "be on the lookout" more often is a big no-no. most likely coming from someone who hasn't moderated. it's not just a spend an extra 5 minutes looking at thread titles to see if there are any naughties.

Instead of limiting things by join date, you should have to be selected by a mod to be able to join certain forums. They'd pick you if your posts didn't suck.

again, more work for mods. there are more then a quarter million people posting, i don't think any mod wants to manually select members to be able to post in a sub-forum.
