DM6 Oring Help. Please Look

how do i get the #7 oring into the top hat place in my dm6? i can't get it in.

any tips are appreciated

You've fully taken the bolt apart correct? Specifically, how are you unable to get it in?

yes. i can only get part of the oring in between the two "walls"

try using a tooth pick...

would suggest getting a dental pick or a model tool from any model shop... they are pretty cheap anyway... plus it makes life so much easier when servicing a spooly

but ya. For sure. Dental picks work so much better than oring picks...at least for me anyway.

Figured it out. The oring was too thick. The correct oring was already used by previous owner.

well... Oring Monkey has a 10 set rebuilt kit for $15 or $30 for the kit comes in a oring box, with an oring pick and lube...

Bought one set for my 7, and thats alot of Orings, and it will probably last me a long time too

what i usually do to get those o rings in is kinda squeeze them, then and guide them in there with a small allen key
