So I found it step by step because I have a brand new one that shot once but never did since. It clicks but won't shoot. When I turn the bottom of my reg counter clockwise to adjust my air flow it's eventually starts to leak but doesn't shoot. It makes the clicking noise with eyes off, Im so confused

Try cleaning and re-lubing the bolt, and/or replacing the back breech o-ring and lubing that up as well.

Keep in mind I'm new here, so my advice probably isn't worth much, but when my G4 stopped firing halfway through my first day out with it, I did a good amount of troubleshooting and this is what fixed it. Also make sure you use one of the lubricants recommended here. My marker didn't like my field's hater sauce for some reason, but works perfectly with lurker lube.

Ok thanks I got a o ring kit on the way. But I only have dye lube at the moment

if it works it works but we dont recomend it as a first choice. if you already have some, try it. the other stuff recomended is nicer.

Just got a brand new g4 and i was expecting bolt stick because of all the threas that i read on it. Sure enough! After 5 shots it just starte puffing air out of the trigger every time i tried to shoot. I'll give this a try an let you know. Thanks for the instructions.

Sorry if I have missed the answer somewhere, but I am also having a reg issue. I bought the gun used from someone who claims it was shooting when he shipped. When I air it up (gorrila tank mid pressure if that makes a difference) The reg leaks from the high pressure release hole. I have replaced the o-rings and lubed it, is my reg dead or is there something else I can try?

Could it be turned up too high?

When you turn the regulator all the way down (clockwise), it still leaks? There are a couple of orings in the bottom half I believe. Check D and E in the regulator break down picture on page 10 of the manual.

I have fixed the issue and would like to make a request. If the original post could contain a note about how to maintain the bottom half of the reg that would be wonderful. It is not clearly stated in the manual, but was the cause of my and others issues with leaks through the pressure release valve.
