I have a feeling we need to work on Teamwork. I think everyone has seen it, and a few have mentioned it, but we are playing our own game out there. Every point I saw us play strong we were working together as a team.

It's obvious to me we have the skill when we bring one of the top teams to OT, especially when all odds were against us. We all just need to be prepared to play that hard from the start of the day.

Agreed, it is very tough to get that done IMO. I am sure we mostly all have jobs and unfortunately we have to commute a decent amount (Some more than others) to get to practice.... then travel even more to get to the tournament the next week/weekend.

But you are right, we will grow as a team the more we play together and play much more effectively if we can consistently learn each others' play style. The hard part is just making sure this is possible. Why couldn't it be Summer already so I don't have to deal with school too

We will get through whatever this hump is, and be a very strong team!

I know its far for some but if we could all make one practice every 2 months or something it would help alot. I think it was decided that red leg was closest for the majority of us. We should try to have a solid practice with the whole team

Guys saw alot of good ball this weekend, just some simple stuff will help y'all in the future and I'd be glad to come out and run a practice for y'all. The main issue y'all had was guns/paint bouncing but other than that I didn't see any real mistakes made on the field. Just always listen to your coach, keep a calm head in the pits, and don't focus on the refs just get ready for the next point and move forward.

Msxl might be my last event for a little while. I gotta find a new job. Mine told me not to expect a weekend off for a couple months so I put in my two weeks notice...
