How are you "happy customer again". They held your product and you basically hostage. I love the product. But will only buy used or from another party seller. It would be nice to see them turn things around but...

they run the pyramid scheme. They are so far behind they use the money from peoples orders that are recently placed to fill the back orders and so on and so on. Then he got so far behind he started scamming the people that worked with him. Me, Jdubz ect I will never buy another item factory direct from them. Even if they tell me their is new management because I know its all a lie.

got my response from paypal finally, after about a month. all they did was list stupid BS that can be found in terms on anytime you try and pay with paypal. so I responded with a not so nice letter back to paypal. If refund is granted from Paypal directly, and brian doesnt have 320 dollars in my account by the 5th then I guess hellfire and brimstone will rain down on both PP and sandana. Paypal legally must refund me under buyer protection but are refusing to do so bc of the the sandana account that the money was transfered to is no longer active.

Also its not just clothing, its money payed for lasering as well. No way in **** am I going to ship a gun and barrel to that scamming piece of crap so he can resell my stuff for his personal gain and claim he never received it. Or maybe thats the way to do it, insure my stuff for alot of money, have him screw me over and I get insurance money back. end result, boswell getting fkd

I don't mean to be rude or blunt, but why has no one taken legal action against sandana or its owners at this point? Judging from all the info in here, I'm surprised I haven't seen/read much about contacting the authorities or anything.

I've been leafing through this thread each time it gets bumped up and the situation is FUBAR for sure and I sympathize with you guys.

According to Brain there is at least one lawsuit on its way with the company. If you start one it is better not to talk about it for legal reasons. He told me he gets his stuff made in the usa the same way gucci makes there products.

No one's contacted the local authorities or gone to small claims court? Just throwing options out there to make sure they've been exhausted.

Your owed $320 for gun/barrel lasering? That actually isn't done by Sandana. It's done by one of the sponsored players. If that's all your owed pm me and we will work something out.

These things have been done from what ive heard around pbn. It would be against Brain himself since he stole the money off of credit cards in order to provide product for his company but could go against the company as well depending on the case. Brain is well known by his local pd from whats been said as well.

no its for clothing and lasering. However I want a refund bc I refuse to support sandana. so I dont want lasering showing their product and company after this fiasco

The sad part is the person the does the lasering for them never got the money and doesnt even know about the job. I would want a refund too. They dont seem to understand people are sicl of waiting. But the same type of thing happened to me when i called him to find out about mask wrap order. Brian kept making excuses putting it on him and then when i called him dorect i found out brian never paid him or even told him about my order. When i brought it to brians attention he go mad that i contacted him direct and told me "your money went to more important things". I had to repay fory order but directly to the person that makes them because it wasnt just my stuff it was stuff for a friend amd i didnt want to stiff him.

This is true. I did the engraving, every order that sent money and a marker/barrel to me was completed. I received an email asking for a refund where sadly I am in no place to give, if the money was sent to me, i would have no problem giving the refund. If you want something custom done. lmk i will do what i can to make this a little better situation for you.
