The only other soldier that stood next to me in the last formation I was in to receive whatever reward in front of the troop, died in Afghanistan sometime this month. It's odd how the people I knew that were squared away and not a complete ******* die someway or another. Sometimes I feel guilty for not reenlisting.

peoples heads would explode over that awesome sauce
i was at an ottawa senators game a few years back for a salute to the troops night. i seen some Capt (N) walking around in his dress uniform, i see dolphins.
so little drunk out of his ****ing mind Cpl Yeoman walks over and goes 'hey sir, you got your dolphins? i've got my white wings. we're like the hardest of our branches'
I think grab his arm, props him and walk away.
all i can hear is 'what the **** just happend'

yeah diesels that are ALL DRY DOCKED UNTIL 2013 as it stands

seriously they're subs with screen doors and ****ing microwaves that you need to turn off the whole sub to use.
they're ****ing junk.
