Hello, on Sunday I messaged ElectronicProsInc asking about his Xbox One he was selling in the Everything Else section of the B/S/T. I offered a price which He/She agreed upon and I sent the money over paypal and covered fees. He/She sad they would pack it up and ship it first thing the next morning (monday morning). Following the shipping of the item he warned me it would take "5-7" days to get my package. I replied to him saying that was fine as long as he included a tracking number. After a day or two I receive no response and I message him again asking for the tracking number. Again, no response. I go to his profile and see he was on between the time I sent the messages and hes been on multiple times since. I went to look at his other posts and he posted another listing trying to sell another Xbox One despite his original reason for selling the Xbox was that he likes his PS4 more. The red flags started going up, why would you have two Xbox's but try and sell them at different times rather than post them at the same time? After looking further into his posts I noticed that each of his pictures have a different background to them. More specifically I the flooring in each of his postings are drastically different. Among his pictures there are 4 different types of floors featured with no reaccuring themes in any of his pictures. The carpet in three of his postings are different colors, patterns, and textures in addition to hardwood floors in his most recent post. This leads me to believe that he took these pictures off the internet. With a handy reverse google image search on his Etek posting I was able to find an ebay posting with the EXACT same pictures. Now I just need to know what to do next, this is my first negative B/S/T experience so I'm not familiar with the process, I read what I should do but I don't know if this is enough evidence to start the claim or if I should wait the alleged 5-7 days that it will supposedly take for my item to show up.
