Wow... can't believe that during Kiffin's meeting with the team, he had assistants calling current enrollees who where in the meeting and trying to recruit them for USC....
But I did think it was funny that some of those players put him on speaker so the rest of the team could hear what was going on.

How do you turn a failure at Oakland and a so-so year at Tennessee into getting one of the premier jobs in college football? I don't know who his agent is, but that guy needs a raise.

So.... what does it say to the NCAA that they'd hire Kiffin? He was an assit on the staff during all the stuff they are being investigated for now. And, he's been in constant trouble with the NCAA and SEC while at Tennessee and there are rumors that there is more to come at Tennessee.
I think USC might be shooting themselves in the foot with the NCAA with this hire. It's like thumbing your nose at them.

To be fair, Oakland is a black hole for coaching talent. It's absolutely impossible for a coach to succeed there because Al Davis won't let them. Kiffin got fired because he wouldn't embrace Jamarcus Russell as the starting QB. Well, this year Duhmarcus got the job, and look what happened...
But Kiffin is still a ****.
